Moshe got his start volunteering in high school, volunteering in the community with kids with special needs. From there he went to RESHAB/COMHAB services as well as working in a group home as a DSP. Moshe then moved up to become House Manager of a residential group home. Afterwards, Moshe then began work as a DI in Early Intervention, and upon receiving his BCBA started provided insuranced based services to individuals with ASD. Moshe continued his work in the special needs field, getting into special education, working as a BCBA in an out of district placement school. Moshe is now the Clinical Director at Guided Steps NJ Corp, where he provided oversight to all staff providing community and behavior based supprots.
